Chris Brown may have apologized a couple of weeks back for beating the crap out of Rihanna, but his anger has just gotten the best of him again. Earlier this week, Chris was hanging out at Lucky Strike Lanes bowling alley with some friends. Chris and company were down for some hard partying and all was going well, until it was time to go. A source said, “Lucky Strikes is pretty chill on Monday nights, but Chris was ready to party, and that’s what he did.” A snitch on the scene said, “He definitely looked like he was being force to leave, like his friends knew it was in his best interest. He was acting kind of crazy, partying too much, and making moves on a really young looking girl.” I guess he hasn’t really learned a lesson, has he? Someone needs a refresher course in anger management. But there’s no cure for being a douche, huh?

Michael Jackson inquiry now a homicide case

In a further twist to the ongoing saga which has unfolded since the death of Michael Jackson on June 25, LAPD officers have now executed a search warrant to seize correspondence between Michael’s personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, and the Anschutz Entertainment Group [AEG] who were promoting his comeback concerts in London. But officers made it clear AEG were not the focus of these inquiries. The warrant named seven doctors who treated Mr. Jackson, including Dr. Conrad Murray, and lists 19 false names Michael is said to have used to gain illegal prescriptions. Dr. Murray’s spokeswoman, Miranda Sevick, said Michael hired the Doctor in May at $150,000 a month, and he had no connection with AEG. While people working for AEG refused to make any comment at all. According to court records, the warrant was focused on finding “shipping orders, distribution lists, and use records relating to the purchase, transfer, receiving and storage of Propofol.” Dr. Murray is known to have administered Propofol [a drug so powerful, it’s usually reserved for use in operating theaters] to Mr. Jackson on the night that he died. According to LA Times reports, the LAPD has now upgraded their inquiry to a homicide case, and subpoenaed medical records and other paperwork from both Dr. Murray and numerous other doctors who were known to have been working with Jackson. The LA Coroner’s Office has said that a final toxicology report, which will show just what drugs he had taken on that fateful night – should finally be released sometime next week. As if all that weren’t enough, on Monday, lawyers for Michael’s mom, Katherine, and two trustees of his estate, John G. Branca and John McClain - both longtime friends of the star - will ask a court to determine who has control of the singer’s vast empire. Katherine and Michael’s three children are currently the main beneficiaries, together with numerous charities to be chosen by the three plaintiffs – assuming they were able to reach a consensus. With his own recordings, plus the rights to the Beatles back-catalog, and merchandising and publishing rights, Michael’s estate is said to be worth hundreds of millions if not billions of dollars. Mrs. Jackson wants to be made co-executor, along with the two men, plus detailed proof of the exact nature of the relationship between them and her son. Lawyers for Branca and McClain are currently denying their clients are hiding such documents from Mrs. Jackson, and accusing her of trying to change Michael’s will to remove them from power. [And thus, all the money.] If this sad, sordid story was a movie-of-the-week, no-one would watch. The case is ongoing and we’ll keep you informed.

Katherine Jackson Receives Full Custody Of Michael’s Children

Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine Jackson, 79, will receive full custody of the his three children under the terms of a deal that has just been reached, lawyers said Thursday. Read more on the custody agreement below. Deborah “Debbie” Rowe, the mother of Jackson’s two oldest children (Prince Michael I, 12, and Paris, 11) will get visitation rights with her kids based on a schedule worked out with a child psychologist. Rowe will receive continued spousal support from her marriage to the singer. “Mrs. Jackson and the family are pleased this matter is resolved and was handled in a caring, thoughtful and courteous manner by the parties and their representatives,” says a statement from Jackson’s lawyers, L. Londell McMillan and Diane Goodman. “We were all united in our goals to do what is best for Michael’s wonderful children, and both Mrs. Jackson and Debbie Rowe were on the exact same page. Accordingly, although important issues had to be resolved, this was no legal contest but rather simply a process doing the right thing for the right reasons.” Rowe’s lawyer, Eric George,added: “The parties engaged in a dignified discussion that resulted in a dignified outcome. The sole consideration between the parties was the best interests of the children. I’m proud to have worked with such professionals who represented Ms. Jackson, and I am particularly proud of Deborah for her integrity and selflessness.” The custody agreement will be presented to a Los Angeles Superior Court judge on Monday. Joe Jackson confirms Michael’s secret son

You may have heard something about Omer Bhatti, the 25-year-old from Norway many suspect to be Michael Jackson’s secret son. Well, Joe Jackson today confirmed that it’s true. Michael stuck his penis in a real live girl one time.

“Yes, I knew he had another son, yes I did,” Joe Jackson told NewsOne/TVOne of the alleged love child. “He looks like a Jackson, acts like a Jackson, can dance like a Jackson. This boy is a fantastic dancer.”

I can understand looking and acting like Michael, but somehow I don’t think dancing like Michael Jackson is a genetic trait. There’s no gene for the moonwalk that I know of. And there’s no gene for being awesome like me either. I just threw that last one in there in case you were wondering.

Ashton Kutcher boasts of his Twitter power

Ashton Kutcher was asked to give a talk at Fortune Magazine’s Brainstorm Tech Con in Pasadena all about Twitter. However it quickly devolved into Ashton discussing all the reasons he’s the most powerful and amazing creature alive. Of course all that power is best illustrated by his epic twittering. He shuts down websites with a few mere touches of computer keys! He has millions of followers who hang on his every word, eager for new pearls of wisdom from their sage leader! He has the most influence of anyone in social media – ever! Or close.

“I shut down a website everyday because I send too much traffic there from my Twitter feed.” The entrepreneur/entertainer told the crowd and his onstage interviewer. When asked why he tweets Kutcher admitted that it’s fun. He keeps in touch with his audience and it’s a platform to syndicate content. “I started Twitter as a communication device to stay in touch with fans.” He’s not an accidental tourist of tech. He seems to know exactly what he’s doing and why it has value. “Do you know how much studios pay to get in touch with an actors audience?!” asked Kutcher. “I do all that with a touch of a button.” Serwer wondered about the fact that he has more followers than CNN on Twitter. Kutcher replied, “I’m shocked that an individual could have as much influence [in social media] than a media conglomerate.” He said his new film The Killers needed a joke for a scene so he got on Twitter and asked his fans for suggestions. And he got them. Tons. “I don’t know if it will end up in the final cut.” No word on if the fan would get a credit or payment. Why does Twitter work, asked Serwer. “It’s the ability to create viral syndication quickly,” responded Kutcher. Which all leads back to advertising and the ability to sell whatever product to a growing audience who has grown immune to the old models. “Banner ads are like billboards,” said Kutcher. Meaning people are so used to them they no longer see them. He stated that entertainment and advertising “they are going to have to marry each other in a deeper way.”

[From Media Bistro] This whole ego stroking interview makes it sound like Ashton’s suffering from some serious delusions of grandeur. I practically expect him to go into the corner, wrap his arms around his back and start making out with himself, fifth grade humor style. It’s just so unnecessary and unattractive. Twitter may be a joke to some of us and the center of other people’s lives. That’s fair. It definitely has its uses and is important to a lot of people, and Ashton’s trying to explain its utility in marketing. But he just comes off as such a douche since he unnecessarily spends so much time bragging about his epic might. Next week, expect to possibly learn how Ashton controls the weather all while stopping an out of control bus from running over some old people on walkers. And shamed CNN in the process. Star: Jude Law’s baby-mama is Rachel McAdams’ sister

Many gossip sites and tabloids have been playing a little guessing game ever since Jude Law’s spokesperson announced that Jude was expecting his fourth child this fall. The spokesperson was very cryptic about the whole thing, saying that Jude is “no longer in a relationship” with the woman, and that the whole thing was “an entirely private matter.” Some people went through the list of women Jude was connected with last year or this - everyone from ex-wife Sadie Frost, to ex-girlfriend Sienna Miller, to model/actress Lily Cole. My thoughts were that the baby-mama was not any kind of public figure or celebrity, but perhaps some crew member or extra on Sherlock Holmes, the film he was making in December. Star has a theory - and I should make it clear, this is just a theory. Just judging this from the available information, it sounds like a pretty good, gossipy, juicy theory, but it is far from confirmed. Star claims that the baby-mama is none other than the younger sister of Jude’s Sherlock Holmes costar, Canadian actress Rachel McAdams. Her name is Kayleen, and according to her IMDB page, she’s a 27-year-old makeup artist. According to Star, she only recently told Jude about the baby. It’s also claimed that Rachel is “pissed” about the whole situation. Jeez, if this is true, this is going to a really awkward Sherlock Holmes promotional tour:

In a carefully worded statement, Jude Law announced that he’s expecting a child with an undisclosed woman who he’s no longer seeing. And while he may not want to tell you the identity of his baby mama, we do! Yesterday, a rep for the father of four said that “following a relationship last year, he has been advised that he is to be the father of a child due in the fall of this year. Mr. Law is no longer in a relationship with the individual concerned, but he intends to be a fully supportive part of the child’s life.” Now speculation is surrounding the sister of Jude’s Sherlock Holmes costar Rachel McAdams — 27-year-old Hollywood make-up artist Kayleen McAdams. YourTango.com posted a story today identifying her as the “secret mother.” Jude and Kayleen hooked up last Christmas in New York when the actor was working on Holmes. She is reportedly seven months pregnant and just informed him recently. Jude is said to have broken the news to his ex-wife, Sadie Frost, and three kids — Rafferty, 12, Iris, 8, and Rudy, 6 — on Tuesday. (He also adopted Sadie’s son Finlay, 18). As for Rachel, she’s said to be “pissed” about the situation. The last time Jude — who will be appearing in Hamlet on Broadway this fall, when the wee one is due — made big headlines, it was when he cheated on his then-fiancée Sienna Miller with his children’s nanny.

Like, why is Jude announcing the pregnancy now, in what is presumably the seventh month of the baby-mama’s pregnancy? Answer: Because she just told him about it. Or why wouldn’t Jude know about this whole thing before now? Because she was probably in Canada, and Jude wasn’t. Now I have new questions. Like, how long before Rachel McAdams kicks Jude in the gonads?

After a couple of weeks out of the spotlight following their "I’m A Celebrity! Get Me Out Of Here!" debacle, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are at is again! The plaid clad pair hit photog infested Robertson Blvd. with one obvious scheme: to stir up pregnancy rumors. The duo went so far as to gaze lovingly at one another while Spencer held Heidi’s stomach with baby clothes in her hand. These two obviously have no shame, but who knows, maybe she really is expecting. The world will now be on baby bump watch with these two.

Marilyn Manson threatens reporter with violence, nude photos

Marilyn Manson is involved in an online feud with a music writer that would be amusing if it wasn’t so pitiful. The aging goth rocker has issued death threats against journalists, particularly one who dared to describe an encounter with him in unflattering terms. Buddyhead.com founder Travis Keller told LA Weekly in an interview published last week that he once met Manson at a party in 2007 and was surprised at how lame he was. Manson had a beer gut, did a lot of cocaine and acted paranoid, and only knew one Led Zeppelin song. Manson’s then-girlfriend Evan Rachel Wood was there, and Manson kept telling the guy “don’t try to f*ck my girlfriend.” It was one guy’s impression of a single meeting and Manson could have easily let it go. Instead Manson got all bent out of shape and defensive. He updated his status on MySpace with threatening messages like “kill all journalists that have the cowardice to be anonymous,” and then penned a blog entry saying he’d show up at any reporter’s home that dared to talk smack about him. He seemed to do this without any sense of irony at all:

Marilyn Manson has issued a warning on his MySpace blog against journalists who write “cavalier statements” about himself or his band, saying there will be repercussions for the “soon-to-be-murdered-in-their-home press” if he spies any more fabrications. “If one more ‘journalist’ makes a cavalier statement about me and my band, I will personally or with my fans’ help, greet them at their home and discover just how much they believe in their freedom of speech,” Manson warns. “I dare you all to write one more thing that you won’t say to my face. Because I will make you say it. In that manner. That is a threat.” Manson’s comments are reportedly a reaction to a recent L.A. Weekly interview with Buddyhead.com founder Travis Keller, who talked about what it was like to meet Manson in 2007. Keller paints Manson as a paranoid cocaine addict (Keller said the first thing that Manson asked him was “Can you get us some cocaine?”) who walked around in a side-turned Von Dutch hat. “I was like, ‘You’re Marilyn Manson?’ I remember thinking he’s going to come out with some kind of cape on,” Keller told L.A. Weekly, “I’d never met him before and thought he’d be hanging out in a coffin. He’s nothing like that.” Keller went on to say that Manson’s girlfriend at the time, insinuating actress Evan Rachel Wood, was nicknamed “Snowflake” because “when they played shows, she’d hold all the coke.” Though when Manson talked to Rock Daily in January 2008, he told us about how the Led Zeppelin reunion in November 2007 inspired his own reconciliation with Twiggy Ramirez. However, Keller claims Manson only knew one Zeppelin song (”Stairway to Heaven”) and got bored at Zep’s reunion concert after the song was played. In Manson’s defense, his statements to Rolling Stone seem quite genuine. In a post titled “Marilyn Manson is a big man on the internet!,” Buddyhead writer Meathead responded to Manson’s threats, adding fuel to the fire by writing, “I’m trying to visualize a scenario in which Marilyn Manson actually acquires my home address, achieves a mental state that’s close enough to sobriety to allow him to successfully type it into Google and print out the directions, and then makes it all the way over here without getting distracted and sucking off a vagrant along the way,” Meathead writes.

[From Marilyn Manson's MySpace] Manson doesn’t like what’s written about him, so he makes threats that he’ll show up at people’s homes and force them to look at pictures of his wee willy. He can’t argue his drugged-out point at all so he’s trying to scare people. Instead he comes off looking like even more of a poser. Keller’s thoughts on Manson were pretty mild compared to the idiotic interview that Manson gave Spin Magazine last month. It was presented without any commentary and Manson made a complete fool of himself, bragging about making abstract art with a used condom, saying he cut himself hundreds of times with razor blades in the wake of his breakup with Evan Rachel Wood, and that he had “fantasies every day about smashing her skull in with a sledgehammer.” Manson can’t blame Spin for his own inane statements, so he’s focusing on a guy who just called it like he saw it. Keller has some advice for Manson, and is not all worried about the threats. “Marilyn Manson is really pissed at Buddyhead cause we called him a fat cokehead poser. Well, MAN-the-f*ck-UP Tubby! Everything we said is true! Plus your last record only sold 49,000 copies so you should be stoked ANYONE is still writing about you, man. Ashton Kutcher Thinks He Invented Twitter?

Ashton Kutcher recently gave an interview where he discussed what he’s accomplished with Twitter. He’s surpassed CNN in his Twitter following and has the ability to basically shut down websites just by tweeting about them. In the interview, he also said this: “I started Twitter as a communication device to stay in touch with fans.” Interesting as it may seem, I’m sure it was just a slip of the tongue. He definitely does command a following that rivals most huge media companies. He said, “I shut down a website everyday because I send too much traffic there from my Twitter feed.” He also commented on how he got a series of jokes for his new movie, “Five Killers” by tweeting about it to his fans. Of this, he said that he got a ton of replies, adding, “I don’t know if it will end up in the final cut.” Are you following Ashton on Twitter? I am, but I’ve stopped following Demi, just because she’s boring.

Results Of Michael Jackson’s Autopsy Delayed Again!

The LA coronor’s office is saying the results of Michael Jackson’s autopsy is probably being delayed. Officials said the results were suppose to be released today but it looks like they will delay that until next week. No reason has been given for the delay.

It is looking more and more like propofol was the cause of death. TMZ is reporting that today L.A. County Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter just arrived at the Beverly Hills medical office of Dr. Lawrence Koplin, subpoena in hand. He is on the hunt for Michael Jackson medical files. Apparently Dr. Arnold Klein performed procedures on Jackson in Dr. Koplin’s office and Fournier administered anesthesia.
